While in law school, Brogan was awarded the Willard Owens Award for Excellence in Community Service, a distinction that reflects his strong belief in giving back. That commitment continues today – he volunteers with the Carroll County High School Varsity Baseball team, where he helps mentor young athletes and supports local youth development.
